Exchange: 

If you would like to change a product in your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of your purchase. Any request after 24 hours will be denied. Once shipped, no products are eligible for exchange. 

Refund: 

No refunds are permitted. 

Damaged or Missing Items: 

If you have any complications with your order, please contact [email protected] . When contacting through email or direct message please be patient. If your package is damaged, please send proof of the damage, your name, and full address to our email. Also, please be mindful that claims take about 10 business days to process. Your order will be shipped out after the claim has been cleared.
